A company executive confirmed that the Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge will have a display with 120Hz refresh rate, and 1200 nits peak lighting. This news comes just days after the Chinese company announced that the new Xiaomi phone would offer 120W fast charging. The Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge is expected to be rebranded Redmi Note 11 Pro+, which was revealed in China earlier this year. It will also include 5G connectivity. The Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge will launch in India alongside the regular Xiaomi 11i.
According to a tweet posted by Xiaomi Senior Market Manager Sandeep Singh, the Xiaomi11i Hypercharge will have a super bright 1200nits display that can “support 120Hz refresh rate” and a “super bright 1200nits display”. A centrally-aligned hole punch cut-out is also visible in the image that was shared by the executive. Although it’s not confirmed, rumours suggest that the smartphone will have an AMOLED display. Xiaomi stated last week that the Xiaomi 11i hypercharge smartphone will charge at 120W and be India’s fastest.
The Xiaomi 11i hypercharge will be part of the Xiaomi 11i Series. It is rumoured that the Redmi Note 11Pro+ was launched along with the Redmi Note 11 5G China in October.
The Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge, which is believed to be a rebadged Redmi Note 11 Pro+ version, will likely come with a 6.67 inch AMOLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate. The MediaTek Dimensity920 SoC could power the phone, along with multiple RAM options and storage configurations. The phone should feature a triple rear camera setup with a primary sensor of 108 megapixels. A 4,500mAh battery is expected to be included in the Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge. Other features include JBL stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos audio support and Hi-Res audio. It may also include NFC support and VC liquid cooling.
