Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Products are typically processed within 3 business days from date of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you via e-mail.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Clothing items

All clothing orders are shipped from Seattle, WA. Clothing orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. You will receive an additional email with your tracking number. Fix Hot Sauce is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. For any concerns that may arise, we kindly request that evidence be formally documented.
